The Another Day walks have become the pillar of our groups foundation.
On the last Sunday of the month we meet at Greenhills Beach Carpark and take in the incredible sunset as we walk as a group along the esplanade.
There is honestly no better way to start the morning.
Surrounded by your Brothers old and new, the mornings are filled with laughter and a lot of ‘what’s been happening mate?’
There has been a lot of talk about the benefits of getting outside, exercising and seeing your mates.
Well we knock it all over with our walks.
It has been so good to see old mates reconnect and new friendships beginning.
We also love to promote our kids attending the walks and being around such a positive environment, men setting examples for the next generation.
All our walks finish up at Wanda Kiosk where the group has a coffee and a chat before going to enjoy the rest of their weekend!!
It sets you up for the week ahead.
So if you are keen to come down, we would love to have you join.
We’re sure you’ll know someone!!

We are always trying to attract the most relevant Guest Speakers for our Another day group.
Someone who can inspire us and also has their own story to tell.
Enter NRL Superstar Greg Inglis.
After a highly successful career in the NRL, Greg also represented QLD and Australia.
Winning Competitions, State Of Origin series and World Cup’s, along with nearly every individual medal that can be won.
So you can understand how Excited and ‘Starstruck” the boys were when GI addressed the group about all things Mental Health, including his own story and the tools he now uses.
It was a very raw and open conversation regarding Greg’s own battles throughout his career including the massive change he felt going into retirement from Rugby League.
GI opened the floor for questions and nothing was off limits, the group was very appreciative for Greg’s honesty.
Seeing someone so strong and with a profile talk about the same challenges we face every day was very eye opening for everyone in attendance.
Greg also offered tools and advice on ways to handle situations when they arise.
Greg now runs ‘The Goanna Academy’, a program set up to help end the stigma surrounding Mental Health along with helping to improve the social capacity to identify, talk about, and manage mental health for all Australians.
The Goanna academy is Greg’s way of giving back to the community after such a highly successful career in Rugby League.
Another Day will continue to get the best Guest Speakers to talk to and motivate our group.
But WOW, with GI being our first guest, we’ve set the bar high!!
We have big plans, You never know who will be next!!

Breathwork has become a big part of our preparation for Ice Baths, Fire Walking and life in general.
Some of the Benefits of Breathwork are –
- relieving stress an anxiety
- eliminate depression
- establish healthy sleep cycles
- gain mental clarity
Our Another Day Breathwork sessions are always run by trained professionals and we only use the best!!
Our instructors Dave (the Breathing Coach) and Dean (Power of the breath) run us through the best techniques.
For Breathwork you need to be totally relaxed and allow your instructors to take you on a journey to Mental clarity.
It is pivotal that you understand how to control your Breath, harnessing it’s full potential.

Ice Baths are extremely important when it comes to recovery and reducing inflammation.
They also have the benefit of activating the sympathetic nervous system which releases those “feel good endorphins”.
Our Another Day Ice Bath sessions are always run by trained professionals and we only use the best!!
Our instructors Dave (the Breathing Coach) and Dean (Power of the breath) run us through the best techniques before we even step foot into the water.
It is pivotal that you understand how to control yourself when in the ice bath, hence the reason we have our trusted instructors to guide us.
